Awonna S. Hardy

Ms. Awonna Hardy is the owner of Dominus Technology & Logistics LLC, which was formed in 2019 with the focus of providing IT solutions to federal clients. Ms. Hardy holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Administration: Project Management, from Liberty University. Dominus Technology & Logistics LLC, is a Women Owned, Minority Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran Small Business. Ms. Hardy brings experience in acquisition, logistics and enterprise engineering support services, working in the DoD and Federal government.
Ms. Hardy was a team member of Ambit Group LLC supporting Property management activities. With more than 17 years of industry experience, Ms. Hardy has held key positions managing the lifecycle of enterprise level systems and brings a broad array of IT knowledge focused asset management, project management, operational improvement, and procurement.
Ms. Hardy formed Dominus with the intent on leveraging her expertise in areas that she has provided value. In aligning with the emerging requirements of ensuring technological relevancy, Ms. Hardy focused her efforts on becoming a certified partner, with initial certification being granted by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs as a VA Certified Service-Disabled Veteran owned small business. Ms. Hardy has aligned herself with strategic partners that are leaders of industry and has established partnerships with several vendors that leverage leading technology solutions.
Ms. Hardy’s accomplishments include the deployment of the Property Management System for the Mobile Workplace Solutions Project in a DoD environment, developing IT property management policies and procedures that align with DPAS requirements in support of the Department of the Navy, providing acquisition support for the US Marine Corps, leveraging ITSM tools BMC Remedy and Service Now.
Ms. Hardy has implemented innovative asset management methodologies and techniques that have helped align to compliance requirements within multiple agencies of the DoD and Federal Government.
